Ann Fulton
APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC
Ann Fulton is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in medication management in the mental health field. She received her BA in psychology in 1999 and her BSN in nursing in 2005 from the University of Cincinnati. She received her MSN in 2008 from the University of Kentucky. She is currently completing her DNP at Case Western Reserve University. Her areas of expertise include trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Autism, as well as many other areas of mental health that affect different populations across the lifespan. She has worked in settings such as acute and residential child and adolescent mental health care, community mental health, Acute hospitalization, and nursing homes. NP Fulton works with children and adolescents ages 11 and above as well as adults.
Ann is available to see patients ages eleven and up.
