– Spruce Health Communication Virtual Assistant.
Courney is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, and has worked in customer service and the medical field for many years. Providing both direct and indirect patient care, in both hospital and clinical settings.
Courtney is always busy manning the spruce health app, phones, and emails. Ensuring that any questions or messages are routed to the correct person or provider. She assists with coordinating new patient intakes, scheduling and rescheduling of appointments, and answering any questions before, during, or after your care with CWP. Courtney also assists providers with day to day administrative tasks and care team coordination.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, organizing, and traveling.

Hello, my name is Emily, and I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health nurse with eight years of experience in providing exceptional care to patients. I am also a proud wife and mother of three, and I know how to balance the demands of work and family life. Throughout my nursing career, I have gained valuable experience in assessing and managing the mental health needs of patients in various healthcare settings. I have a deep passion for nursing and believe that every patient deserves to be treated with respect, empathy, and kindness.
Emily works with the practice to help facilitate needed paperwork, answer questions, complete prior authorizations and facilitate medication refills.
In her free time, She loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys being outdoors and listening to music, which helps her relax and recharge. She also has a love for sports, especially soccer, both on and off the field.

Payment Specialist and Billing Manager
Patients and providers deserve transparency when it comes to Medical Billing. I strive to explain all aspects of billing thoroughly to providers and their patients, so billing can be less intimidating! That has been my goal since 2010 when I started in the field. I love to help patients understand their insurance coverage, payments, and explanations. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Centenary College, but believe we never stop being students.
I am a lover of all things chocolate, cheese, coffee, and jokes! When I am not working or folding endless amounts of laundry, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children, exercising, listening to a good podcast, or reading a book.
Andrea is a skilled medical biller and coder who works remotely to assist the practice with much of the behind the scenes work. Andrea works with each patient to help facilitate payment, verify insurance information and eligibility, secure prior authorization for care or help work with each individual on a payment plan that works for them and the provider.
