We at Collaborative Wellness Partners strive to work with you, your doctors, therapists and anyone else that may have an impact on your health. We strive to look at the whole picture and work with you to help find the root cause.

We are currently growing, and expanding our reach. We continue to build relationships with other mental health professionals and therapists. These therapists, physicians and mental health professionals while they are not directly working with us or affiliated with us are those that we have seen make an impact on our patient’s. If we are unable to fulfill your needs we are happy to refer you to someone who can.

Dr. Jalynn Barnett – Dr. Barnett is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and partner in care. Dr. Barnett is available for medical or psychiatric consult as needed. This is cash only and she is not currently credentialed with any insurance panels.
Dr. Matthew Eaton – Dr. Eaton is a Board certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in the state of Ohio, and Kentucky. Dr. Eaton is the current Medical Director for Collaborative Wellness Partners.
