My name is Rachel Keiser I’m a proud alum of Northern Kentucky University. While there I completed the Masters of Science in Nursing program to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP).

I have always valued mental health and believe it is a crucial component of overall well-being. I understand that mental health looks different for everyone and I will use a variety of different tools to help my clients achieve their goals.

I believe that  psychotherapy allows people to feel understood, seen, and accepted which, in turn, empowers individuals to improve their lives in all areas. I am able to provide initial assessments, diagnose, and provide/manage medications for mental health issues.

I utilize a client-centered, strengths based approach to connect with each individual and develop a plan of care that works best for them.

I am excited to work with you to help with any of your mental health needs.

Rachel is available to see patients of all ages and has availability within 1-2 weeks.
